Located in one of the oldest historic buildings in downtown Asheville, this loft and The Loft at 51 College (next door) were featured in the Asheville Art Museum’s 2008 Art and Loft Tour. Filled with original paintings by owner and local Asheville artist, Eli Corbin, the artwork is displayed “gallery style” and is available for purchase.

Features include the mezzanine/living room set slightly below the second floor…light filled and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A few steps up and you'll enjoy a modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, including dishes, utensils, and stainless steel appliances. On this same level, the open family room with an artistic, one-of-a-kind copper surround fireplace beckons. Other architectural elements include expansive windows, heart–of-pine wood floors, original tin ceiling and custom-forged wrought iron railing.
The loft offers two perfectly adorned bedrooms - each with a private bath. The Guest Bedroom affords a Queen-size bed with a Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress, and the Master suite a King, Vera Wang plush-top. Luxurious linens and robes are offered for the pampered feeling you deserve.
Beautifully appointed, this loft includes modern furnishings paired with antiques, original art, and various imported one-of-a-kind pieces.
It faces Patton Ave. and adjoins the loft at 51 College. They share a restricted hallway with elevator access.
Parking is available in the Rankin Avenue city parking deck directly across from the north entrance to the building. There are also metered spaces located on either side of the building. Park and walk to everything downtown.
Spa Theology is located 2 doors down. It is a very nice small spa and offers a 10% discount to our guests. Reservations are recommended.
