The Loft at 51 College

This cozy, two-bedroom loft is all you'll need in order to experience Asheville the way it should be experienced. Located in the heart of downtown in one of Asheville's many beautifully designed, historic buildings, it is literally just steps away from art galleries, award winning restaurants, entertainment and unique shopping that you won't find anywhere else.

Beautifully designed with your comfort and pleasure in mind, this 1000 sq. ft. loft features an open Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen layout.

The living room features an artistic mosaic tile surround fireplace, original art, LCD TV and DVD player, and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks College Street and offers stainless appliances, gas stove, microwave and everything you need for cooking in.

In the Master Bedroom you will find a Queen bed with a pillowtop mattress and luxurious linens, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a private bath. The guest/meditation/reading room is multipurpose with a modern sofa that converts to a larger- than- twin bed…a quiet retreat with colorful, original art.

As in our larger loft at 35 Patton, this loft includes modern furnishings paired with antiques, art, and various imported one-of-a-kind pieces. Many of the items are available for purchase.

This loft faces College St. and adjoins the loft at 35 Patton. They share a restricted hallway with elevator access.
