The upstairs has an open living room/dining area just off the kitchen and overlooking the spacious deck with swing, pergola, dining area. On chilly nights cuddle up and stay warm in front of the woodburning fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper level. When you are ready to call it a day, sink into the dreamy pillow top beds that guests have confirmed are some of the most comfortable ever.
Previously leased as just the upper floor 2 bedroom/1 bath, we have expanded the living space to include the lower level which features another bedroom with a king bed, den with large screen TV and game area, bathroom with laundry and large screened porch with swing and table for dining.
The cottage grounds offer the opportunity to meander the pathways, or enjoy a walk or run in this older historic area. You may even get a special opportunity to watch the family of wild turkeys who nest in the pine trees from time to time. You can sip wine on the spacious deck, cozy up in the hammock and enjoy a book or maybe even a nap. You can walk to The Grove Park Inn or drive 2 miles and enjoy vibrant downtown Asheville.
