We ate in both evenings, walked around downtown Saturday (lunch at Tupelo Honey), drinks and appetizer on the porch at Grove Park Inn , arboretum on the way our of town. We really enjoyed the house. Every detail was considered which made it easy to enjoy meals here…great deck.

Thank you for lending us your beautiful home – what a setting for the three of us to renew our friendship and discover a new town. Loved the Drumming Circle in town and the play “Take Me Out” last night at the Asheville Theatre. We hope to be back soon.

We toured downtown, went to The Laughing Seed Café for dinner – excellent vegetarian food. Spent the day at Biltmore – amazing place – toured the winery.

The cottage is a very enjoyable place to stay – great deck for hanging out.

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful loft. It was the perfect place to recharge aned recoop after the last 2 years! The beds are so cozy and all of the furnishings are so well thought out even down to the “sleep machine”.

The location was great too…close enough to all of the great entertainment but also near enough to all of the outdoor activity you could ever want. We hiked, biked, ran and ate all we could have wanted!!! Thanks again,

Well, another year is on the horizon and I couldn’t have thought of a better way to close out this year than by staying in the loft at 35 Patton.

All I can say is “Is there any way to pick up this loft and relocate it to Florida”. Can you tell we loved this place in too many ways to list.

Thanks for the Patton experience in the beautiful city of Asheville.

Returning is not an option, it’s a must.

For this long weekend we were torn between Bald Head Island and heading to the mountains. Asheville won “hands down” when my husband found your loft! Loved the combination of mountain fun and the city vibe. Being a family of vegetarians, the added benefit of endless dining options was inspiring. Thank you for a lovely three days in this warm cocoon!
